TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following below:

I reserve the right to decline your commission should I see fit
I will not take commissions from new/private accounts
I have the rights to my works, my commissions are for Personal Use unless clearly stated otherwise
Commissions intended for commercial use (such as streaming or Youtube) of a commission must be spoken of beforehand, and include a 20% usage fee of the original commission price
Payment is done through PAYPAL (USD), invoices are used. The only exception are Ko-fi chibi commissions
Additional characters are 50% of the original price of the commission
Tracing or claiming my artwork as your own is not allowed. When reposting, please credit me and post the version with the watermark
I allow refunds if I have not yet started on your commission. Once I have started on the sketch, refunds are not allowed
Commission wait time is between 1 week - 2 months, due to my full time course load and working part time :(

adoptable terms of service

After buying, the owner can:

Edit the design as you please! Adopts do not have set names/genders/backstories/etc, go wild!
Give or trade the design
Resell for the same price, or lower then originally bought at
Once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes!
The owner of the adopt is free to use the artwork for page-sitters, character profiles sites (such as toyhouse), etc.
Adopt payments are to be made upfront through PAYPAL invoices, you'll receive an unwatermarked file of the adopt once payment is sent
